The rate is set in writing first

Before any text reaches you, we confirm the fee in writing. That is the amount you are paid. We do not come back after publication asking for a discount, an extra link or a change to what was agreed.

Payment within 1–3 business days

Once the article is live, send us the URL and your invoice. The payment goes out within 1–3 business days, by a method we settle with you before work starts.

Your guidelines decide the rest

Which topics you take, how the piece reads, whether it carries a sponsored label, and how links are marked up are all your call. We write to your rules and do not ask for exceptions.

From the first email to a paid invoice.

  1. We send one proposal

    Someone on our team writes from an @estuarydesk.com address, names a topic that suits your site and states the fee we are offering.

  2. You set the terms

    Accept, counter or decline. A no is final: your address goes on our suppression list and we stop there. A yes gets the fee and conditions confirmed in writing.

  3. You review the draft

    We send a finished article written to your guidelines. Ask for edits or turn it down; nothing goes live without your approval.

  4. Publish, then get paid

    Send the live link and your invoice. Payment is made within 1–3 business days of publication.
